Getting ready for your appointment is easy, especially as our dedicated team take care of all the hard work for you. What you do need to do though is quite important. Firstly, check that your outside water tap is functioning. This is a crucial part of the job and we can't operate without it. Second, if required, please make sure that we can access an electricity socket either outside, or one near to a window or door. Next, please make sure there is a suitable area for us to park our vehicle. Our kit is heavy so the closer the better! Last, if you have neighbours that are likely to be impacted by the work being carried out, (for example, do we need to access their property to reach parts of yours? Or, are we cleaning close to their parked vehicles?), please go and speak with them prior to our arrival. We always strive to limit the impact caused by our work but it is always helpful if neighbours are already aware of why we are there, and what we are doing.
