Green growth and streaked walls can make a property look tired before the render itself needs replacing. Jet Power Pressure Washing provides render cleaning in Cornwall, using soft washing to treat organic staining on suitable exterior finishes.

Our render-cleaning service addresses algae, dirt and organic discolouration on rendered walls. We work with finishes including K Rend, Weber and monocouche, with suitability depending on the existing surface and its condition.
Tell us whether the walls are painted, through-coloured or previously treated, if you know. Photographs of both the whole elevation and close-up staining help explain the result you would like to achieve.
Soft washing uses low-pressure application and specialist cleaning solutions rather than relying on high-pressure force. It is a method for treating suitable surfaces, not a promise that every wall or finish can be cleaned in the same way.
Our soft washing service explains the broader method. For a render enquiry, include information about cracks, loose areas, peeling paint or previous repairs, as cleaning will not correct these defects.
Where organic staining is the main issue, cleaning may improve the appearance without a full repaint. Where a coating has deteriorated or the render needs repair, cleaning alone will not produce a new finish.
We focus the enquiry on the condition of the wall and the staining present. This helps distinguish a cleaning job from a repair or decorating project and gives you a more useful basis for comparing options.
Walls above extensions, conservatories or restricted passages need different access consideration from an open frontage. Include photographs showing the space around the building as well as the stained surface.
Let us know about planting, adjoining property, outside furniture and any arrangements needed for occupants or customers. The quotation should reflect the actual work and access, rather than simply the number of bedrooms in the property.
We serve homes and businesses across Cornwall. The price depends on the area, height, surface condition, type of staining and access. Our current render-cleaning package also advertises gutter, soffit and fascia cleaning; ask us to confirm the included areas when quoting for your property.
For work in the neighbouring county, visit render cleaning in Devon. If your main concern is roofline dirt rather than walls, our soffit and fascia cleaning service may be the relevant option.
We use low-pressure soft washing combined with safe cleaning solutions to remove algae, mould, and stains without damaging your render surface.
Our treatments penetrate deep into the material, lifting away grime and restoring the original look and colour of your walls.
All our cleaning agents are environmentally friendly, ensuring powerful results with minimal environmental impact.
Enjoy a complimentary gutter, soffit, and fascia clean with every render cleaning service to complete your property’s transformation.

We clean suitable coloured render finishes, including the systems listed above. Tell us the finish and any known defects so the proposed cleaning can be discussed.
No. Cleaning addresses soiling and organic growth; it does not repair cracks, loose render or failing paint. These should be identified before work is agreed.
That depends on the original finish and its condition. Organic staining and worn paint are different problems, so tell us what you can see and what result you want.
Cleaning costs significantly less than painting and can achieve the same refreshed look. It also removes the root cause of discolouration — algae and mould — preventing it from coming back quickly, unlike painting, which only covers the problem.
